MEET GEMMA J. WATMOUGH
Since the beginning of her real estate career Gemma has possessed a great appreciation for all that Florida has to offer. Revealing this to others and recognizing the need to simplify and transform the standards for assisting buyers and sellers throughout Florida resulted in her creation of Your Florida Real Estate Connection LLC.
Having traveled extensively abroad accumulating a vast perspective on the real estate market, Gemma possesses a worldly sophistication. She commenced her real estate career in 2003, learning the ins and out of the business from top producing agents while functioning as a licensed real estate assistant. Resulting from such valuable experience, Gemma flourished as a sales associate, before achieving her broker’s license in 2007 and later established Your Florida Real Estate Connection in 2008. She currently holds her real estate broker’s license in the in the states of Florida and Connecticut.
Born in Surrey England, Gemma spent the latter part of her childhood growing up in Sarasota and has enjoyed the area ever since. No longer sporting a British accent (although you may be able to detect the remains of it from time to time) Gemma has a passion for life and the pursuit of her goals. A music enthusiast and avid traveler, Gemma is also a lover of the water and enjoys boating and snorkeling. A dynamic persona she has always been one to embark on the road less traveled and firmly believes in living life to the fullest.

A member of the Historical Society of Sarasota County, Gemma served on the Board of Directors from 2005-2006. She appreciates the creative and innovative efforts of those that settled in Sarasota before us and enjoys contributing to the community whilst expanding her knowledge of Sarasota’s rich history.
Big Brothers & Big Sisters of the Sun Coast
Gemma is a proud “Big Sister” involved in the community-mentoring program at Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Sun Coast.
Offering an education in the tradition of excellence, Gemma attended Pine View School for the gifted in Osprey from the sixth grade through to the twelfth and graduated with honors.
