A beautiful day, today the Historical Society of Sarasota County hosted the non for profit booth at the downtown’s farmer market and a good time was had by all. Thanks to Pres. Arnie Berns, Board Member Jane Kirschner-Tuccillo (pictured) and members Marg & Bill Markman (pictured) for helping me man the booth. Sarasota’s farmers market is held every Saturday from 7am-12noon downtown along Main Street and Lemon Ave. Vendors sell a wide range of products from fresh fruits and veggies, to flowers and live plants, artwork, baked goods, fresh seafood, spices, and much more.
